What is a Play Chest Party Experience?
Play Chest create amazing party experiences that includes all the ingredients to have a magical party. Our party packages includes games, prizes, tableware, decorations, music, invitations, certificates and more. We don’t just supply you with the basic equipment but rather provide an experience that’s carefully thought out for maximum enjoyment. Each package has clear instructions on how to setup, run and pack away your party. Play Chest also provides flexibility, your party can start and end when it suits you and your guests, so there's no time limit.
How soon should I book my party package?
We stock a large number of packages and stock spares but due to demand we do become fully booked often. We recommend booking sooner rather than later to secure your party.
How soon can I receive my party package?
Our party packages are delivered on a Thursday and collected on the following Monday giving your child extra fun.
Must my party package be delivered and collected on the set days?
We have found these days work the best to ensure that your party package is delivered in plenty of time for your weekend party. If you have any special delivery requests then please don’t hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
Can I change my party package delivery date or return collection date with DPD?
We provide DPD your contact details so they can provide you with a delivery and collection time slot. They may send you communications regarding the option to change your delivery or return collection date. It is important that these dates are not changed without first consulting our team.
Can I drop the package off at a local DPD depot?
We can arrange for you to drop your package off at your local depot instead of it being collected. You must provide this request before your package is delivered to you by calling our team on 01253 462628. You can find your nearest DPD depot by visiting http://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/apps/depotfinder/. Please note depot opening times and distance.
How often are your party packages cleaned?
Upon return all party packages are sanitised and safety checked.
What if we loose a piece?
We appreciate that an odd piece can go astray. We do not charge for a few missing LEGO pieces; however, a charge may apply if a more expensive piece goes missing such as the Target Golf Putting Mat from the Funfair Party or the Playstation console from the Retro Games Arcade Party.
What if we find a piece after our party package has been returned?
If you do find any pieces after your party then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
Can I choose my party package game prizes?
If your party package includes game prizes then you'll receive a link around 6 weeks prior delivery date to choose your prizes.
Do I require an entertainer for a Play Chest party?
Play Chest party party experiences have been created by experienced entertainers. Our party packages have been created so they’re easy to setup and host. If your party package includes games then you’ll receive instructions on how to play these. We wouldn’t recommend an entertainer for the LEGO and DUPLO party packages.
We have more children attending than what your party package caters for. Can you provide a discount for multiple packages?
How can I secure a party?
All bookings can be secured on our website and must be paid in full at time of booking. We recommend you book your party as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Do you supply to nurseries, schools and clubs?
We can supply to nurseries, schools and clubs at a discount. We are not VAT registered which helps keep costs down. We're fully insured for public and product liability. Please contact us on 01253 462628 or email us your specific requirements to email@example.com.
